Mert Can Balci is a full-stack developer working on airline software and internal business applications. His work spans services, data flows and interfaces using Java, Spring Boot and Oracle PL/SQL. He graduated from the dual-degree programme at Istanbul Technical University and Binghamton University. His modernization work focuses on preserving business rules, data consistency and everyday usability.
How we work
Our working model is remote software delivery, with on-site work in Türkiye planned where the scope of a device project requires it. Access, responsibilities, deliverables and maintenance terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
Technology follows the work.
We start with the business rules, data ownership, integrations and interruption tolerance that must be preserved. If an in-place upgrade is sufficient, we do not recommend a full rewrite.
